2. Cancellation by Customer
- All cancellation requests must be made through official communication channels (call, email, or WhatsApp).
- The refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation is made:
Cancellation Charges:
- 7 days or more before travel date: Eligible for partial refund (after deductions)
- 3 to 7 days before travel: Limited refund applicable
- Less than 3 days / No-show: No refund
3. Refund Deductions
Refund amounts may be subject to deductions such as:
- Hotel / houseboat cancellation charges
- Service charges
- Payment gateway transaction fees
4. Cancellation by Company
In rare cases where Kerala Odyssey Tours and Travels cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, operational issues, government restrictions):
- Customers will be offered an alternative package, or
- A partial/full refund depending on the situation
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method
6. No Return Policy
As this is a travel service-based business, no physical returns are applicable.
7. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability
- Additional charges may apply depending on vendor policies
8. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
